A website and multichannel strategy to sell indigo tiles.

Novoceram, a French ceramics manufacturer since 1863, has chosen a line of communication that combines humor, modernity and web marketing to present the Indigo collection.

The concept

To build Indigo’s own universe, Novoceram has not hesitated to take an ironic unusual tone and sprinkled with humor notes for all the multichannel communication of the collection which highlights the French know-how and creativity with humor and love: on the dedicated website, on the social networks, in the answers given by e-mails or in the comments, as well as in a series of fun videos “Indigo, Stop the prejudices”.

The Website

The website is modern, responsive and “One Page” type. The Internet user will find all the necessary information and will be able to generate an immediate and personalized quote.

Stop prejudice’s videos

Five videos were made by Novoceram (and my colleague Séverine) to answer the prejudices on a tile as audacious as Indigo. These videos feature characters selected from the collection’s 63 vis-à-vis the ideas that typically accompany the doubts of those who have seen the collection but are still hesitant to act. These videos are particularly effective in comments and in response to doubts that prospects can emit.
